- After the initial 14-day period but within the first 30 days, you may request a partial refund, which will be prorated based on the time elapsed since purchase.
- No refunds will be issued after 30 days from the purchase date.
2.3 One-Time Purchases
For one-time purchases of digital products (e.g., market analysis reports, guides):
- You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content.
- Once you have downloaded or accessed the digital content, no refund will be provided due to the nature of digital products.
2.4 Consultation Services
For consultation services (e.g., personalized CS2 trading advice):
- You may request a full refund up to 48 hours before your scheduled consultation.
- Cancellations less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are eligible for a 50% refund.
- No refund will be provided for missed consultations or cancellations after the consultation has started.
3. Conditions for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:
- Your refund request must be made within the eligible timeframe as specified in Section 2.
- You must provide a valid reason for your refund request, such as:
- Service not as described

4. Non-Refundable Items
